This course is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and begin the process of reconnecting with your body, mind, and heart through embodied wisdom.
What is Embodied Wisdom?
At its core, embodied wisdom is about learning to listen to your body’s signals, emotions, and thoughts and responding with compassion and insight. It’s not about achieving perfection but embracing your experience, cultivating awareness, and integrating those insights into your daily life.
In this course, you’ll:
- Learn the four phases of the BE K.I.N.D. Embodied Wisdom Methodology™, a framework that can guide you through any challenge or experience with clarity, presence, and self-compassion.
- Discover practical tools to shift out of overwhelm and self-judgment and into a space of grounded, compassionate awareness and self-care.
- Build a nurturing relationship with your body through simple yet powerful somatic practices that integrate mind and body.
- Learn how this framework supports you in changing your current feeling state, developing resilience, vagal toning, and cultivating embodied wisdom.

4-Week Series: We will meet via Zoom on Thursdays, April 3rd to April 24th, 2025, from 6–8 PM MST. (Convert to my time zone)
- First half: Discussion, skill-building, and community connection
- Second half: Embodied somatic practices to integrate what we’ve learned
