Thai Massage Therapy
Thai Massage Therapy is a nurturing approach to massage therapy that integrates stretching as well as acupressure and tension releasing movements within a series of yoga postures. As a result, it is extremely effective in alleviating muscular tension and the fascia. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage works with rebalancing the sen energy lines of the body.

Thai Yoga Therapy has the added element of incorporating breath-work, aromatherapy, energy work, marma therapy, and craniosacral therapy. These techniques all support you in entering a deep state of relaxation. While in a session clients are fully clothed and sessions are offered on both the massage table and on the floor.
