We’re all likely to experience back pain at some point in our lives. We’ve designed a yoga class that will help to ease pain and release tension.
What to bring:
- Your yoga mat or a large towel
- A yoga block if you have one
- A foam roller if you have one
- A medium towel

And I am sure those who are addicted to yoga can vouch for that statement.
