This 1 hour yoga class will you to understand what good posture feels like and help you to re-pattern through posture that release tension, while emphasizing core strength and proper breathing. 


What to bring:



  • Your yoga mat or a large towel

  • A small towel

  • A Yoga black and foam roller if you have one

  • A Yoga strap if you have one

  • Water
