What are Therapeutic Yoga Classes?

These is not your typical yoga class, as a Yoga Therapist and Thai Massage Therapist I work with clients daily who struggle with pain, discomfort and loss or lack of mobility. We work on releasing tension and pain and then restrengthening and re-patterning the body to support your lifestyle and ability to thrive.

This is top of mind in my class plans. My goal is to provide you a way to support giving your body relief.  And how you can support yourself not just in your yoga class but also during your work day and at home.

 Repattern your posture yoga class Re-pattern your posture with Yoga

A yoga class that helps you to understand what good posture feels like and helps you to re-pattern through postures that release tension, while emphasizing core strength and proper breathing. Come with your yoga mat or a large towel, yoga block and a foam roller if you have one.

  Family Friendly Yoga

As a parent, fitting in yoga practice can feel daunting. We will review techniques for a yoga routine that you can do at home with the kids! Come with your yoga mat, your favorite baby carrier if you have a baby, a pillow, a medium towel and a yoga block if you have one.

We’re all likely to experience back pain at some point in our lives. We’ve designed a yoga class that will help to ease pain and release tension. Come with your yoga mat or a large towel, a yoga block and a foam roller if you have one.

  Getting Restful Sleep

Learn techniques to improve your sleep and overall wellness with a 20 min restorative yoga routine that you can do at home. Come with your yoga mat or a large towel, a pillow, a medium towel and a yoga block if you have one.
