Our Lunch & Learn sessions bring easy to digest information to your employees on topics such as stress management, time management, nutrition and other topics that help create a more mindful workplace. Over lunch, we share helpful data and strategies for wellness.

This is a win-win in multi-tasking: employees sit down to a healthy lunch & learn how to be healthier in mind and body.

We will work with you to assess your needs and interests, and select the topics that work for you. We also create custom sessions just for your specific needs and culture. And we can build a program to fit your budget, with single sessions, a monthly or a quarterly program.

    • Begin eating with a mindful intention, these learnings will not only support healthy eating habits, they will also support mindful living practices.

  • Posture in your workspace and Office Yoga
    • I will work with members of your team individually to understand their workplace and their body and how to both align their posture in a way that is supportive while also introducing workplace yoga exercises they can do right at their workstation.

    • Understand the signs of burnout, identify the causes and set a plan for change and also addressing prevention strategies.

We offer customized seminars, workshops, and retreats of varied length and themes to suit your personal, group and professional needs. Online sessions can also be integrated as requested, and can be at a site of your choice or we can work out the details as well as requested.
