Leadership Development Package

This is our most popular professional development package for corporations who want to develop individuals who are currently or soon to be in leadership positions. This package includes:

  • No cost “rapport check” phone call between coach and leader
  • Pre-session preparation consultation with the senior leader
  • 9 – 1-hour monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Customizable to topics the company/leader identify
  • Coaching report with topics discussed and action plans
  • Ongoing monthly 60-minute telephone support for 6 months
  • Ongoing email support for 1 year

Corporate Packages

JUMP-START PROGRAM

A typical Jump-start program lasts 1-3 months and includes:

  • Discussion with the client to go over priorities, desired outcomes, monitoring, and internal support for reaching goals
  • Pre-coaching team-assessment
  • Assessment review and analysis
  • Pre-session feedback with supervisor(s) regarding desired results for the client
  • Pre-session feedback with five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired results for the clients
  • Three 3-hour in-person sessions
  • One hour of virtual coaching via phone, Skype or email
  • Synopsis outlining techniques, homework, and behavioral prompts
  • Coaching plan to the supervisor with an overview of strategies prompts, and goals
  • Mid-session feedback with supervisor
  • Summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs
  • Follow-up call within one month of completion of the coaching package

INTENSIVE PROGRAM

A typical Intensive program lasts 3-6 months and includes:

  • Pre-coaching self-assessment
  • Assessment analysis
  • Pre-session feedback with supervisor(s) regarding desired results for the client
  • Pre-session feedback with five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired results for the clients
  • Study of company’s performance reviews or other assessment tools if applicable
  • Four 4-hour in-person coaching sessions
  • Four hours of virtual coaching via phone, Skype or editing of presentations through email
  • An in-depth synopsis incorporating techniques, behavioral prompts and homework
  • A phonecall to discuss synopsis, progress, and challenges
  • A coaching plan to the supervisor with an overview of strategies, prompts, and goals
  • Mid-session feedback with supervisor
  • Final feedback with colleagues, HR, and/or direct reports
  • Summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs
  • Wrap up discussion with supervisor regarding progress and next steps
  • Follow up phone call within two months of completion of the coaching  package

Wellness in the Workplace Workshops

Our custom designed workshops provide discovery based learning for our clients. We utilize a variety of approaches such as lecture, conversation, reflection, carefully chosen and designed activities to raise self-awareness,  increase self-care and practice stress reduction techniques geared to improve personal wellness, productivity and see new possibilities for themselves and their goals.

Sample Topics Include:

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: Understand the stress cycle, how to explore and address your own patterns and how you can choose a new path for yourself.
  • Mindful Time Management: Through activities you will understand your own time management patterns, identify options and set a plan for change.
  • Mindful Eating: Begin eating with a mindful intention, these learnings will not only support healthy eating habits, they will also support mindful living practices.
  • Mindful Communication: Understand your communication style, the styles of others and how using mindful communication will support your ability to communicate clearly.
  • Meditation: Understand the basics of meditation; explore several methods to find what is supportive for you.
  • Posture in your workspace and Office Yoga: I will work with members of your team individually to understand their workplace and their body and how to both align their posture in a way that is supportive while also introducing workplace yoga exercises they can do right at their workstation.
  • Recognizing and preventing burnout: Understand the signs of burn-out, identify the causes and set a plan for change and also addressing prevention strategies.
