Surrendering to the time I need with Ishvarapranidhana

Wow! what a journey this has been! Last week was an opportunity to take a new look at self study. Can we be an observer without judgement. Can we allow awareness with Ahimsa?

And now a place of surrender! Literally. For my final week, I looked at how I can simply allow. For someone you have to do it yourself to get results wow this was hard. So what have I learned in all this?
