Using Santosha to be content with who I am today

Santosha

Santosha is my homework this week

Last week Saucha helped me learn that “living clean” is more than what I eat or drink. It is about living free of all that doesn’t serve me. How freeing it is to observe my own reaction and to choose non-judgement.

Have you ever noticed how life gives you what you need when you need it? I have felt this through out each week, but what I know now is that they were all leading here. Santosha means being unapologetically content with who I am right now. Can you imagine? Not needing to do more, learn more or be more?

Watch the video to hear how I did.
